Who needs a licence?
A person that provides the investment service of receiving and passing on instructions or investment consultancy concerning bonds with a prospectus or collective investment securities, but who does not receive clients’ finances or investment instruments. An investment intermediary may pass on instructions only to financial institutions. No minimum starting capital is specified for investment intermediaries. A licence is also appropriate for investment consultancy associated with wealth management for affluent persons.
