Who needs the licence?

Application for the licence may be made and non-performing loans may be administered by non-performing loan administrators themselves, banks, credit unions, non-bank consumer credit providers and other financial institutions under the conditions set by the relevant laws. The law imposes specific requirements on both the non-performing loan administrator and the members of its management.

  turnkey processing of all documents takes about 1-2 months, and the CNB will issue a decision within 90 days from the date of commencement of the proceedings
